Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with what you buy. Here's how refunds work.
What can be refunded
- Unused credit purchases within 14 days of the purchase, in full.
- Failed generations on our end (server error, model outage that we couldn't recover from): credits returned automatically; if a refund of the dollar amount is preferred, contact us.
- Duplicate or accidental purchases: refunded in full on request.
What we don't refund
- Credits that have already been spent on successful generations.
- Subjective dissatisfaction with AI output that was returned successfully (we recommend trying a small pack first to dial in your prompts).
- Bonus / promotional credits — these are not paid for, so no refund applies.
Fulfillment fees
Fulfillment charges — receiving, storage, pick, pack, shipping and returns handling — are fees for services already performed and are generally not refundable. If we make an error (e.g. shipped the wrong item, lost inventory we were holding, or billed a charge incorrectly), we'll correct it: a re-ship at no charge and/or a credit or refund of the affected fees. Carrier costs we pass through are not refundable once a label has been purchased. Email [email protected] with the order number and what went wrong.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the account's email address with:
- The date and dollar amount of the purchase
- The reason for the refund
We respond within one business day. Approved refunds are processed back to the original card via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues are quickly resolvable. Unauthorized chargebacks for legitimate purchases may result in account suspension while we review the case.
