ALABALA is two products in one account: AI design & mockups, and US-based order fulfillment for print-on-demand brands.

What we do

ALABALA Fulfillment is a lightweight 3PL built for small and mid-sized e-commerce brands. You connect Shopify, Etsy, TikTok Shop or Amazon FBM and ship your inventory to our Houston, TX warehouse. Orders sync in automatically; we pick, pack, buy the label and write the tracking back to your store. Returns are inspected, photographed and restocked. Everything — inventory, orders, shipments, returns and a transparent, line-item bill — lives in one dashboard.

ALABALA Studio is our AI design tool: describe a design, generate it, drop it onto a product photo, and export a print-ready file — all in your browser, on a simple credit-based workflow.

Why we built it

The big 3PLs are expensive, slow to onboard, and cold to smaller brands — volume minimums, long contracts, and opaque invoices full of surprise fees. We built the opposite: no minimums, no contracts, fast 24–48 hour receiving, every charge itemized with a live month-to-date total, and real support. And because design and fulfillment usually live in different tools, we put them under one account.

Where we are

Our fulfillment center is in Houston, Texas. The software runs on a hexagonal core — the shipping hub, AI providers, payments and storage are all swappable behind ports, so the platform can grow without breaking the parts you rely on.

How credits work

Studio generations cost credits; new accounts get 50 trial credits to try it. Buy more from the Wallet page — packs start at $5 and credits never expire. Fulfillment fees (receiving, storage, pick, pack, shipping, returns) are billed per-action and shown line by line in your Fulfillment billing page.
