Using Studio
What is Studio?
Studio turns your product photos and design files into premium, sales-ready listing images with AI. Your product is never altered — its colour, material and engraved design stay exactly as you supplied them; the AI only builds the scene around it.
How do I generate listings? (Batch Studio)
- Build — upload your design PNGs and product photos, or pick them from My library.
- Pair — drag a design onto a product, then use Edit placement to position and size it exactly where you want it on the product.
- Settings — choose an engraving effect (laser, foil, print…), a marketplace size (e.g. Etsy 2000×2000) and a theme (Christmas, Mother's Day…).
- Generate — one click produces every listing. Download each result from the Results step.
Single design instead of a batch?
Use Single project studio for a step-by-step flow with one design at a time, including background removal.
Will my design or product look different each time?
The product and your design are pixel-preserved. Only the surrounding scene changes — and every generation pulls a different premium backdrop, so each listing looks uniquely styled, never templated.
Billing & credits
How does payment work?
ALABALA runs on a credit wallet. You buy a plan, the plan's credits are added to your wallet, and each generation spends credits from it. Plans:
- Free — 50 credits / month
- Standard — 600 credits / month
- Most Popular — 1,300 credits / month
- Best Value — 3,000 credits / month
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Manage your plan and top-ups under Settings → Wallet / Payments.
What happens to my credits if a generation fails?
Credits are reserved before the AI runs. If it succeeds the credits are charged; if it fails they are returned to your wallet automatically — you never lose money on a failed generation.
What if I run out of credits?
The generation won't start and you'll see a notice that you need more credits. Top up under Settings → Payments and try again.
Where are my invoices?
Under Settings → Invoices — every charge is itemised and downloadable.
Fulfillment
Is fulfillment the same account?
Yes. Connect Shopify, Etsy, TikTok Shop or Amazon FBM, ship your stock to our Houston, TX warehouse, and we pick, pack, buy the label and write tracking back — billed transparently from the same wallet. See the overview.
