These terms are being finalised with counsel and are not yet in force. No customer
is onboarded, and no invoice is issued, before they are signed.
The following points are not negotiable and will appear in the final document:
- Core HSE is a supplementary notification and record-keeping tool. It is
not a listed life-safety, fire or medical alarm system
and does not replace primary safety systems or statutory monitoring obligations.
- No warranty is given as to detection accuracy. Vision-based detection cannot be
100% accurate, and any vendor claiming otherwise is misleading you.
- No monitoring service is provided. Alerts are delivered to
contacts the customer configures; the customer remains responsible for responding.
- Liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding twelve months, excluding
indirect and consequential damages.
- The customer is responsible for notifying its workforce and for obtaining any
consent required by local law.
